Ensuring that the conditions and requirements of the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation are met to maintain continuous academic accreditation.
Ensuring the existence of strong and effective relations with the Menoufia University Center to ensure the quality of education in a way that ensures the excellence of performance in the Quality Assurance Unit at the Institute.
Disseminate and enhance the culture and concepts of quality in all categories of the Institute in a way that supports the accomplishment of tasks and achieves excellence in the areas of institutional capacity and educational effectiveness.
Building and improving the institutional capacities and human cadres of the Institute through specialized training programs to raise performance efficiency, especially in the field of performance evaluation and comprehensive quality assurance.
Preparing qualified cadres to implement and follow up the quality assurance system at the institute
Establishing a system and standards for internal auditing and performance evaluation in all academic, research, service and administrative activities within the Institute to ensure the effectiveness of quality management and continuous improvement in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Institute and improve its outputs to gain the confidence of the Egyptian, regional and international community.
Improving the quality of the institute's academic programs for the postgraduate stage, which is reflected in the graduates' level, their competitive abilities, and the requirements of the labor market locally, regionally and internationally.
Activating student participation in the unit's internal activities and involving them in the continuous development and follow-up processes for the application of quality standards and ensuring that they are provided with scientific, moral and material care.
Supporting and strengthening cooperation between the Institute, civil society, private sector institutions and similar bodies at the regional and international levels.
Develop a plan for community participation that includes Egypt's vision for sustainable development
